#Inktober Day 9 "Swing" and also "Dump Truck?" As I used a randomly selected dough cutter as a starting shape. Just a little cute one for the season this time. Though i was hoping to convey the feeling of this secret little playground my kids and I found on a walk the other day, a very blustery day. Looked like ghosts swinging. :) #Inktober2019 #Ink #InkDrawing #Drawing #Illustration #kidlitart #Halloween #Ghosts #Craft #Fall #Autumn #Kids #Maine #Art #artoftheday

"i eat serial killers for breakfast." I made a new design for #Halloween and general #Horror fans. #Inktober Day 8 "Frail" and also "Dog?" since I used a randomly selected dough cutter for the starting shape. I realized while working on this I was desperately trying to make the pen work as well as @gr_comics does! - Odd faces are definitely the most fun for me, but I'm trying to mix it up too for the experience of pushing my creativity further. Couldn't pass it up this time though. ;) #Inktober2019 #Ink #InkDrawing #Drawing #Illustration #Comics #Art
#Inktober Day 7 "Enchanted" also "Ghost?" from randomly selecting a dough cutter as a starting shape. That enchanted (I'm assuming, unless he's from a magical land of talking hats...I'd read that) Harry Potter hat always kinda freaked me out. #Inktober2019 #Enchanted #Ink #InkDrawing #Illustration #Drawing #Pen #PenDrawing #HarryPotter #Halloween #Ghost

#Inktober Day 6 "Husky" and also "Bat" since I got the starting shape prompt from randomly selecting a dough cutter. Also, I wore "Husky" size pants as a kid and was embarrassed but also tried to spin it into something cool. Husky, like the awesome dog I always wanted. Also, also, I once found a husky dog in the woods in Kansas, brought him home and named him "Turtle" but then the owners came and got him. :( he was my magical woods dog. They ruined our destiny! ;) I'm having a lot of fun with these. :) #Inktober2019 #InkDrawing #Ink #Drawing #Art #illustration #Halloween #Bat #Dog #husky

#Inktober Day 3: "Cross" from randomly selected dough cutter shapes. I thought of armor, war, etc. I had forgotten there were official prompt words for #Inktober2019 so I migh start adding those in but #bait I just couldn't think of anything clever. I look forward to looking through everyone's post to see how creative people got. #Drawing #Ink #InkDrawing #Art #Illustration #sketchbook

#Inktober Day 1.5! "Shooting Star?" Sitting in front of a box of 100 dough cutters we got our kids this idea came to me: Blindly grab one out each day and turn whatever shape it is into something. I probably think that's more original for Inktober than it is. Ha! But, whatever, I'm excited to have a plan. I never have before. Something fun to do with the kids too. :) #Inktober2019 #Drawing #Art #PenDrawing #pen #Illustration #sketchbook
